We collect the minimum information we need to ship your order and improve our product. We don't sell your data.

What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone (for couriers), and the items in your order.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe / Paddle). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account & app data: if you pair the FanBee app, we store basic device identifiers and your preferences. No room audio or video, ever.
- Site analytics: aggregated, cookie-light analytics to understand which pages help and which don't.
How we use it
- Fulfill, ship, and support your order.
- Send order updates and, only if you opt in, occasional product news.
- Improve our website and the FanBee app.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't share it with data brokers. We don't run cross-site advertising profiles on you.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@fanbee.shop. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a small set of essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined from the banner on first visit.
