Terms of service.

1. Who we are
fanbee.shop is operated by FanBee Inc., a company registered in Denmark (CVR 41 23 56 78). “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to FanBee Inc.
2. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping at unreasonable rates, no attempts to break the checkout, no impersonation. Normal browsing and shopping is, of course, encouraged.
3. Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency where possible and include applicable VAT for EU and UK customers. We may correct obvious pricing errors. Your order is confirmed when you receive a shipping confirmation email.
4. Returns & warranty
Every order is covered by our 30-day trial (see Returns) and a 2-year warranty on motor and electronics (see Warranty). These rights are in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have in your country.
5. Intellectual property
The FanBee name, logo, product designs, copy, and photography are owned by FanBee Inc. You can share and quote our content; please don't sell it or pass it off as your own.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes can be brought in the courts of Copenhagen or — if you are a consumer — in the courts of your country of residence.
